Biography

The first time Kevin Maderegger skied a wide, untouched face, everything clicked. The risk, the space, the reward - that feeling set the direction for how he skis to this day. Raised near Salzburg with a T-bar lift next to his house, Kevin was on skis from the age of two. Early freeride influences like Tanner Hall and Simon Dumont pushed him further, but it’s the balance between speed, precision, and awareness that defines his riding now. Early starts, first lines, and touring with a close crew shape his days in the mountains. Off snow, he’s building his own guiding platform, focused on progression, safety, and reading terrain over time.
