Fawk 21

The Fawk is a true all-mountain predator. With class-leading technical prowess and uncompromising design, this bib excels in all conditions. Built from the ground up to be comfy, reliable, and ready for backcountry as well as the resort, there is nothing it can't handle. A tall, slightly-cinched upper creates the perfect powder barrier, while a baggier fit lower down provides more space and comfort for those long riding days. Lots of external storage and an easily-adjustable suspender system means the Fawk takes everything in its stride, and won't ever let you down.

We equip all our fabrics with the PFC-free ECO Huntsman Zelan R3 DWR treatment. Water beads right off instead of soaking in, meaning improved waterproofing and reduced moisture ingress even in severe weather conditions and deep powder.

We fully tape our seams to make sure water can't get in. The seams are the weakest point of any garment, so by using a special tape that makes them totally waterproof, you can ride in the deepest powder or the gnarliest storms with confidence.

We use Sorona ECO insulation, which is made partially from renewable, plant-based fibres, and provides warmth-to-weight ratio for true all-day comfort.
Shell Fabric

Our shells are a 2-layer laminated fabric, with a super-tough woven outer, and our own Montec Shield-Tec waterproof membrane underneath. A DWR treatment is then applied, providing great waterproofing, breathability, and resistance to wear in all situations (80,000 Martindale score minimum).

I liked my set up so much from last year I decided to get a back up, bare black set. I went down a size (I'm 6'1" 185lbs) to the Medium. With a 33" inseam these are right at the border of being "short" for me but work really well for the skiing I do. My other set is a L and they're a little looser fitting and probably my go-to more often for backcountry adventures.

Absolutely love my Faux bibs. Ripped my first pair but I’m pretty rough on my gear at the ski area and backcountry/Side-country. Montec worked with me and hooked me up with another pair with no hassle. I love how waterproof and breathable the bibs are and the insulation is just right for extremely cold days or spring days. Also really enjoy the front leg stash pockets and side vents for those grueling backcountry skin trails to my favorite peaks. Also got the Faux jacket and it’s just as amazing. Love all the pockets and locations of them especially while wearing a backpack. I’ve had some wild wrecks in deep powder and never had an issue with getting snow in places you don’t want it while pairing the bibs and jacket. Hope you guys/gals enjoy your gear as much as I do! Thanks Montec for your affordable products and super awesome customer service.
