To send your return back to us, just login via the 'My Orders' section of the website with your information and follow the steps to register your return. Please ensure that your gear is unworn, the tags are still attached and that the return is within 30 days of purchase.
For environmental purposes, we kindly encourage you to reuse the same packaging that your product(s) arrived in, and send all items in one returning parcel. If you return multiple orders in one return, then we recommend to also include the return labels from the other orders inside the package. This helps us to handle your return faster, and without delays.
We strive for the return process to be as fast as possible, but depending on where you live, it may take up to 7 working days before you receive the email that we have received your return. As soon as your return is received and processed at our warehouse, you'll get an email confirming that your refund is being processed to your original method of payment, whether you're returning all items or a single item from a larger order.
