Whoa! I wish all companies were working like people in Montec. Great communication, great quality, even details like nice packaging, stickers, a postcard and wrapped zippers makes you love your outfit straight from the beginning. Can’t wait to go skiing

Kori from Montec helped me out when I was in a rut. Gave me complete confidence in my buy. Helped me get the clarity I needed when ordering online. I ordered the size I thought I needed but never contacted anyone. Came in and I need a bigger size. Used the chat on the website to talk to Kori and she suggested a bigger size but I told her I was on a time crunch so she express shipped my order! So stoked! Great customer service and great quality jacket just should have done my research before hand.

I've never received such great quality customer service from a company so felt compelled to write a review. Unfortunately my items were lost by a courier over the Christmas period and the customer service I received was impeccable. They shipped my order immediately, gave me lots of advice and made me laugh in the process. Thank you for being so helpful :-)

Amazing skiing gear! Keeps me warm and dry in any weather. The design and pockets are highly practical, and looks amazing in the slopes. Great customer service and quick delivery. 10/10
