Biography

Felix grew up in central Germany, far from big mountains, but skiing was part of life from the start with two ski instructor parents. Weekends in the Alps shaped his early years, beginning in the park before moving naturally toward steeper freeride terrain. That progression led him to the Freeride World Tour, with a podium in Fieberbrunn and a standout run on the Alaska face among his highlights. Years of gymnastics still influence his riding today, visible in the way he blends clean big mountain lines with technical tricks. Now focused on freeride, Felix continues to push his skiing season after season.

Even though I grew up far from real mountains, we spent every free minute we could in the Alps. I fell in love with skiing young and I still can’t get enough. Felix Wiemers
