The order is completed when you have received your order and we have received your payment. If we cannot complete your order, we will inform you about it as soon as possible to the same email address and refund the order.

We reserve the right to sell products, that you may have ordered, until it’s out of stock. If a product that you have ordered has become out of stock, we will notify you and make a refund for the item.

Delivery

We use DHL Express Worldwide and the delivery time is usually 1-2 days depending on your location.

We always offer free shipping both when we deliver the product and in case you would need to change or return the product. You’ll receive a text message and an email from us as soon as we have packed your order and have handed it over to DHL. You will also receive a link where you can follow and manage your order.

The package is delivered to the given address and if you’re not at home. If DHL by any reason can’t deliver the package to your address, it will be forwarded to a pickup location and you’ll be notified where you can collect it.

Payment

We use Stripe and Paypal as our checkout systems. When proceeding to checkout you can choose between using card payment or your paypal balance in both checkouts.

Return policy

No order is completed until you have received, tried and approved the products. Therefore you have all of 30 days to return all products that you have purchased from us. This means that you can receive a full refund if you are not entirely happy. This is also applied to products that you have purchased on sale or any other special offer.

You can also choose to change your product to another size. You select “change” instead of “return” in the link above. A replacement order can only be made to the same product but a different size. If the size you want is not available, then we ask you to please register a return instead. A replacement product is sent as soon as we have received your return package. We do not charge anything for a replacement order as it revolves around the same product and pice, and the payment is credited to the original order. If the new size doesn’t fit either, then a return can be made on the replacement order.

To be able to utilize the return policy, the product should be in new condition as in the same condition as when we shipped it. Any product or size labels should remain on the products for us to approve the return.

If there are any faults with the product, you are always entitled to a new product or compensation for the product. If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us on our chat or at hello@montecwear.com and we will help you right away and find a solution.

When sending back a product from US or Canada, you first register the return or replacement via the link that is sent in the text message with the delivery confirmation or at www.montecwear.com/return.
