How to change the lens on your Montec goggles
When the light changes, it’s always good to have the right lens on hand, and our quick-swap system makes swapping them out simple and easy to do anywhere.

What you need
- Just your hands and the new lens
What to do
- Start from the centre of the lens at the top of the frame
- Using your thumb, pull the rubberised frame away from the lens
- Work along the lens towards the corners to separate the frame
- Once the corners are free, pull the lens away from the bridge
- Place the new lens into the bridge first and press to secure
- Then, work the lens into the frame, working corner by corner
- Press the frame firmly into the edges of the lens to ensure it’s secure. There are symbols printed on the frame to show you where to push!
- Remember! Try not to touch the front or back of the lens to avoid smudges!
